Guided Tango Practica
Sunday, December 6, we moved into a lovely new space at 544 Campbell Av, in West Haven, CT in the Physicians Physical and Aqua Therapy building upstairs on the second floor, continuing eighteen years of uninterrupted Sunday Guided Tango Practicas. (Between Center St and Main St, Next to City Hall) For those coming from West of Milford it is only 5 miles further. For those coming from East of Milford it is about 5 miles closer.
*2:00-3:00 Beginner Class 4 week series that will cover all the basics needed to get started. (First 4 Sundays each month from September through June. No formal beginner class in July and August, but instruction is available in the Guided Practica) Come with or without a partner. Send your friends who want to get started. $40
(No class June 6 because of workshops in New Haven w/ Pablo and Noel. June will be a 3 week series for $30)

•Week 3: Coming around again; grapevine, molinette

•Week 4: Picking up the pieces: using the elements for figures and games
(in months with 5 Sundays, this will be a free class open to anyone.)
Some months we may elect to offer a specialty class series if requested instead of the beginner series. The potential is negotiable.
*3:00 - 6:00 Guided Tango Practica September through June. (July and August hours are 4:00 - 7:00. Air Conditioning!!) $10. Refreshments. (Guided means I actively give personal attention and feedback, coach and instruct one-on-one or in small groups.)

From I-95 North:
Exit #43, turn right onto Campbell Av.
Continue through 4 lights, and the building is on the right (white building with big display windows.)
From I-95 South:
Exit #43, turn left onto First Av.
Make a right turn at the flashing yellow light onto Richards St.
At the light at the end of Richards St turn left onto Campbell Av.
Continue through 3 lights, and the building is on the right (white building with big display windows.)
Easy on-street parking or park in the municipal lot behind the building. Enter the building from the front door. At the desk go to the right and follow the light carpet straight to the door at the end of the carpet. Go through the door and up the stairs to Studio 544, our new location. See you there on December 6. Sunday Guided Tango Practica continues every Sunday. Eighteen years of uninterrupted Sunday afternoon Guided Practicas!
A Guided Tango Practica includes interactive instruction, coaching and practice with a teacher present.
